CBC endorses and practices the "Team" model of leadership.

This church recognizes Christ as its Head and the Scriptures as its only authority (Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 1:22-23; 4:15; 2 Timothy 3:16). Under that authority, the oversight of this church is vested in a body of Elders who operate in concert with the Deacons and the Congregation.  The primary officers of the Church are the Elders and Deacons.

Authority and Responsibility - The Elders are responsible for guarding the purity of church doctrine, promoting the vision, keeping the body on mission, helping ministries stay true to our purpose statment, shepherding the flock, teaching, preaching & overseeing church spiritual and business matters.

 Deacons

Duties and Responsibilities - The Deacons are responsible for assisting the Elders in the work of the ministry. They aid the Elders in all matters relating to the spiritual interest of the Church (Acts 6:1-7). Furthermore, they have the oversight of the real estate, physical property and manage business / financial aspects of the church.
