Johnna Hafich, Administrative Assistant Johnna.Hafich@cbc-woodbridge.org     Our family began attending Calvary in 2001, when we came to Woodbridge from the Bay area of California courtesy of the Air Force.  My husband David, who now teaches at a local public high school, and I have 3 adult children. Renata is a newlywed to Chad and they live here in Woodbridge. Micah is also a newlywed and a new 2nd Lt. in the US Air Foce.  He and his bride Helen are at Wright Patterson in OH while he pursues a Masters Degree.  Jared is a cadet at the US Air Force Academy in CO. I became part of the office staff in March of 2008.  Trained in Marketing Management in MN, I found my way into administrative duties while in CA. While I have taught Bible studies, VBS and Sunday School, my main love in ministry now is in outreach and missions. Our family has traveled to Nicaragua 4 years in a row to minister among the poorest of the poor in that  beautiful country. What a blessing it has been for us! We long to go back soon. I have enjoyed community outreach in the last couple of years helping to originate or participating in all of the local opportunities that we offer. Meeting people’s practical needs opens doors.  My favorite book of the Bible is Philippians. I love it’s message of contentment (maybe I’ll get there) and joy. I especially like Chapter 1:6 because it reminds me that God is not finished with me yet and I am a work in progress. Verses 9-11 have become a prayer for my family.   My favorite movies are 80’s faves and make my family laugh at me…Uncle Buck and Ferris Bueller.  I love to scrapbook and make jewelry, if I ever find time to do so.

Renee Amick, Administrative Assistant   Renee.Amick@cbc-woodbridge.org My family and I began attending CBC in 2001.  I have 2  young adult children, Chelsea and Brandon, with my husband Chris. I began working on staff the summer of 2006 and my favorite thing about my job  is working alongside the church family on a personal level during the week.  My various ministry involvements at CBC have been Women's Ministry, Food pantry, Nursery, Sunday School substitute teacher, Meal teams, choir, etc...  I love the ability to stretch myself out in a variety of ministry areas. A verse I really try to emulate in daily living is found in Psalm 19:14 "Let the words of my mouth and the mediation of my heart, be acceptable in Your sight, Oh Lord, my strength and my Redeemer." For all who know me they will affirm that I am a very big DC sports fan, with my favorite teams being the Capitals and the Redskins.  I am a homebody and enjoy walking with my dog and relaxing with family and friends.
