Our Staff   God has blessed Calvary with a staff of faithful servants each of whom is committed to the Lord Jesus Christ, to His church, to ministry and to excellence. Senior Pastor The Senior Pastor at Calvary is Alfy Austin. Alfy's ministry at Calvary began in September 1993. He is a Bible teacher who strives to communicate God's word in a clear, accurate and practical manner. Alfy graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Dallas Theological Seminary. After Seminary he served as an associate pastor at Cypress Valley Bible Church of Marshall, Texas and later, for nine years, as pastor at Woodstock Bible Church of Woodstock, Illinois. Alfy and his wife, Karen, have four sons; Stephen, David, Joshua and Thomas. Pastor of Christian Education and Worship Victor Stanley came to Calvary in 1997 from Chicago, Illinois where he served as a part-time pastor at Philadelphia, an inner-city church. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute. Victor's strengths are administration, teaching and music. He provides leadership for our growing Christian Education program and for our worship ministry. Victor has pursued additional education at Capital Bible Seminary of Lanham, Maryland. Victor and his wife, Cynthia, are the parents of Victor, Jr., Brianna, David and Clarissa. Student Ministries Pastor Randy Scott has served as Student Ministries Pastor at Calvary since the fall of 2000. In addition to his former part time responsibilities here, Randy was a full-time firefighter in Alexandria, Virginia. Now he serves full time and leads a purpose driven team of leaders, providing life-changing ministry to Middle School and High School students of Prince William County. Randy received a bachelor's and a master's degree from Liberty University. He and his wife, Cathy, have three children: Caleb, Stephanie and Jared.
